Royalty Squad
Royalty Squad is basically the best thing that's going to happen to Toronto very shortly. Demboyz, Family Victory (Fam Vic) and Imperial are the three crews in Royalty Squad. Demboyz iz the younger punchline bangin ya'll in the head type of artists in the squad. Fam Vic is straight from the streets, a product of their enviroment. Imperial is the oh so versitile segment of the squad who can do it all from mainstream to the dirty pits of the underground. Dem Boyz plus Fam Vic plus Imperial equals non stop music for all listeners of all types.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We do a few shows downtown, here, and there and whatever. We like the feeling of stage presence still. All moments is special because you learn and improve all the time.
Your musical influences
I think its safe to say that my squad are moved by these artists:Diplomats, Full Surface, D-Block, G-Unit, The Roc, State Prop...I think that's it. I also listen to music from the 70's and theme music and symphonies to get ideas for the instrumentals I make.
