The Royal Family has gone a long way from being just a thought in founder and C.E.O. J-Dub's head over four years ago, to shutting down venues like B.B. King's in Universal Citywalk. The takeover is just getting started. So make room!!!
Royal Family consists of not just rappers, but entertainers as well. The majority of the artists in the Royal Family all got there start as actors. Some of the Royal Family members include: J-Dub a.k.a. The King, Comodity, Eclectic, Top Bananas, and Tre. Just to name a few. Recording artists signed to Royal Family Records are shattering the rumor that actors that take up music cannot be successful in both fields. Recording Artist signed to Royal Family Records have graced the screen on networks such as NBC, UPN, Nickelodeon, HBO, TV1, & B.E.T. and have shared the screen with established performers such as Keanu Reeves, LL Cool J, Debbie Allen, Busta Rhymes, & Monique.
The majority of the recording artists in the Royal Family are more than triple threats, with talents ranging from directing, dancing, stand-up comedy, singing, rapping, producing & acting. Royal Family's main goal is to make enjoyable music and to be a good source of quality entertainment for our listeners.
The Royal Family encourages it's young listeners to stay in school and persue an education and to follow their dreams regardless what they may be. We encourage our young listeners who aspire to have a career in rap that, despite what they see portrayed in the media today, "you do not have to sell drugs to be in the rap game" -- J-Dub.
