Room 34
Room 34 is a solo project by Scott Anderson, exploring the sonic possibilities of rock and electronic music, mostly instrumental, generally eschewing traditional song structures, and heavily reflective of my idiosyncratic array of influences (Beck, Porcupine Tree, The Mars Volta, Miles Davis, Brian Eno, etc.).
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Room 34 exists only as a recording project. I first recorded under this name (and with an extremely convoluted and low-tech set-up) in 1992.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Not as a solo act, but frequently in the past as a member of bands in Minneapolis and Atlanta.
