1998 Ronny is the feature artist at this 1st annual event, held November 14th.: Gulf Shores, AL 1998 Ronny performed original material in front of Top Name Songwriters, Celebrities, and Producers on Nov 8th.: Elberta, AL 1998 Ronny performed his new album at this very popular festival on Halloween of 1998. According to festival officials 3000 people were in the audience.: Pensacola, FL 1998 On October 3rd Ronny performed music from his new album to a crowed of 2000. : Released in 1998 This self titled album released nationwide on September 1st 1998 was recorded in Nashville, and is receiving airplay on 48 radio stations in the Gulf Coast Region. The album is also on over 30 jukeboxes in the area. : Released in 1998 This CD and Cassette single, recorded in Nashville was a pre-release from Ronny's forthcoming album. In April it hit record stores and was on Radio in the Gulf Coast region soon after. The video also debuted on UZ-TV, The Gulf Coast leading music television show. Pensacola, FL 1998 Ronny opened for Recording Artist DOUG SUPERNAW at the very popular Beulah Sausage Festival, to a record crowd of 2000. : Pensacola, FL 1997 Ronny opened for Hank Williams III at The Pensacola Bayfront Auditorium. This major Concert Event promoted by ROY JONES JR.'s Knock Out Productions, opened many new doors in the music industry for Ronny. The entire Concert was caught exclusively on tape by KATT PRODUCTIONS which showcased music videos on THE UNCHARTED ZONE television show. : Released in 1997 Ronny's first Christmas album, Written and Produced by DON DAVIS and RONNY MILLER. This project was in the works when Ronny's Producer and long time friend suddenly passed away. This shocked the Gulf Coast area, but Ronny vowed to carry Don's music on, and so "CHRISTMAS MEMORIES" was born.: Released in 1996 This was the first Gospel album to Ronny's credit since the 70's. Written and Produced by DON DAVIS and RONNY MILLER, it was a tribute to his Mother, who was his Mentor and still plays Piano for her church. : Released in 1996 Prompted by the Gulf Coast Television show, "THE UNCHARTED ZONE", this Video Collection Showcased some old and new Music Videos from the vaults of SOUTHERN BREEZE and RONNY MILLER. Produced by PHIL THOMAS KATT and RONNY MILLER, it allows fans to see and hear Ronny, past and present. : Released in 1995 This album containing 14 original songs, largely came to be by popular demand. It contains the regional hit "THE DAY THEY TOOK "OLE DIXIE" DOWN", showcased at radio stations throughout the south. The CD continues to sell quite well. : Released in 1994 This cassette EP snowballed in popularity, and received radio air play in nearly every major city in the south, propelling Ronny's newly formed record co., R.A.M. RECORDS, into the profit margin much quicker then expected. Released in 1994 This music video was the first release of Ronny's solo career, and was showcased on local television. The song went on to be included on Ronny's EP and CD, and received repeated air play on several radio stations. : Established in 1991 Ronny began his solo career by forming his own publishing co., to help manage and maintain the growth of his catalog of original songs. : Released in 1988 This cassette featured a collection of all the earlier SOUTHERN BREEZE hits, and proved to be very successful. Today it stands as a stunning anthology of songs from the most popular Gulf Coast band in history. : Pensacola, FL 1986 SOUTHERN BREEZE performed two shows as KEITH WHITLEY'S opening act, and was preparing for a national tour with him before his sudden and untimely death. : Released in 1986: This 45 RPM record was produced in Nashville by RONNY JOE FRIEND, who wrote "THE KILLING KIND" by BANDANA on Warner Bros. Records. The single generated lots of regional radio air play, accepted as a follow up to the SOUTHERN BREEZE hit "SHE'S A LOVER : Pensacola, FL 1985 SOUTHERN BREEZE was the opening act for this 50's concert, performed at the Showtown Drive-In, and then went on to back up CHUCK BERRY on stage, as his band. : Released in 1985 This 45 RPM record was by far the bands biggest hit. It peaked at #48 on the nationwide CASHBOX chart, and was #1 on the Gulf Coast. The locals loved "THE BREEZE!" This single was also produced by RONNY JOE FRIEND, who once was a Gulf Coast resident. : Fort Walton Beach, FL 1984 SOUTHERN BREEZE was part of the line up at this concert, which also featured THE OAK RIDGE BOYS and DAVID FRIZZELL & SHELLY WEST. : Released in 1984 This 45 RPM record was the flip side of SOUTHERN BREEZE'S first record, and was quite popular along the Gulf Coast. It was produced by LARRY PHILLIPS, and received regional radio air play throughout the southeast. : Fort Walton Beach, FL 1983 This historical concert included ALABAMA, REBA McENTIRE and THE MARSHALL TUCKER BAND, and due to scheduling needs, MARSHALL TUCKER was the opening act for SOUTHERN BREEZE. Released in 1983 This 45 RPM record was the bands first single and became very popular due in part to alot of regional radio air play, but also because of high exposure while playing concerts with headliner recording artist. : Pensacola, FL 1981 This was the first of a string of concerts SOUTHERN BREEZE played with top country stars. This show included SYLVIA, ROSANNE CASH, and THE BELLAMY BROTHERS, and prompted SYLVIA to hire SOUTHERN BREEZE as her back up band for several appearances. Though it was offered, the band declined a position as her permanent back up band, to pursue their own career as an artist. : Formed in 1980 RONNY Ronny MILLER forms the band with drummer JOHN STUCKEY and the SOUTHERN BREEZE era .Joined in 1977 This southern rock band featured RONNY MILLER on lead guitar and lead vocals. Ronny played several venues with this band during the three years he played with them.: Joined in 1975 Ronny played lead guitar for the quartet that recorded two albums during his two year stance with them.: Joined in 1973 Ronny played lead guitar for this very popular gospel group for two years at all their singings.: Formed in 1970 RONNY MILLER sang lead vocals and played lead guitar for this 50's & 60's band for three years at parties and dances throughout the area.: Summer of 1969 Ronny appears on his front porch for his first concert, using a sheet as a curtain. Selling tickets for a quarter, Ronny was able to buy a brand new set of guitar strings.
