He is 53 and has since 1994 focused on writing and recording. His 1996 first CD, Rollin' is 11 songs of life's joys and sorrows. His Second CD was recorded in late 2001 and includes a song about the Twin Tower Tragedy. After touring with the Navy in the late 70's as a lead guitarist in the midwest, he went on to get a piano performance degree, and was deeply influenced by Beethoven's 32 piano sonata's and pianist Claudio Arrau. After studies at Northeastern University in Chicago in the early 80's, he went on to get a piano performance degree. Then after years of CW, and RR band's in Chicago, he relocated to his home in Mathews Va.,and began serious composing in the mid 90's. In January, 2003, Roland got his first computer, and has been since that time practicing the art of Computer Communication in Music. He has some new songs ready to record, and looks forward to recording an eclectic album of songs about the cliches of computer terminology, and some songs of other differnt styles.

Yes I play guitar, bass, and keys.
Your musical influences
Jimi Hendrix, Chet Atkins, Creedence Clearwater Revival. Led Zepplin, and Jesus mostly.
What equipment do you use?
An electric guitar(Gibson, Fender, Ibanez,any good one) A Fender or tube amp, a wah wah pedal, a Casio or other keyboard, Fender Bass, Shure Mic. Acoustic usually for rhythm, and sometimes a turntable.
Anything else?
Well I used to tune pianos and I really love "serial" music as well as diatonic. The World at large has no clue re serial music and I hope to revive it someday.
