The Roc Music Group was formed in Rochester, New York in 2003 by Paulie Walnutz, Grand Tone, Bass, Celetra, Battle Roy and DaVec. This production company exists first and foremost to produce and sell quality, well produced, original songs. We also believe strongly in the vast amount of local talent and have committed ourselves to developing, empowering, and providing opportunities for aspiring singers, rappers, songwriters, producers and businesspersons. All of the founding partners have been in the music industry for quite some time and have had the opportunity to work with many successful names in the music industry today, such as Jodeci, Missy Elliot, Faith Evans, Ginuwine, Timbaland, Carl Thomas, Suge Knight, Chad Dr. Seuss Elliott, and Michael Bolton, Jermaine Dupri and Dallas Austin. Weve also built working relationships in the gospel music industry, working with personalities such as Commissioned, Edwin Hawkins, Divine Nature, Ben Tankard, John P. Kee, Darryl Coley, Mary Mary, and Derek DOA Allen.Have you performed in front of an audience?Many of our Artists perform at various shows throughout upstate. We Produce and Promote shows all the time. Our artists have been the opening acts for many major artists who come to Rochester. We Love the live performances, many of us are musicians by trade.
