Crack is USUALLY made by mixing two parts of cocaine with one part baking soda in about 200 ml of water.
However Rob Roddy has been serving and fixing fiends since 2002......no coke and definitely no soda. HOW?.....one may wonder?....whats the recipe?
It all started in 2002 when Rob Roddy got his hands on a little program called Fruity Loops. He had very humble begginings, making beats for friends and locals. He had the recipe even back then but he had not perfected his wrist game until meeting some real lyricists and figuring out that the two (lyrics and beats) go hand and hand together like peanut butter and jelly.
It was a slow grind at first, doing talent shows, opening up for locals, giving beats away for free, so far and so forth, but Rob Roddy was determined to get his weight up and make hisself a name to be known. He shopped his beats to nearly anyone who would listen and everybody had the same response "You made this on FL Studio????". There were alot of disbelievers that someone could master the small program so effeciently.
In 2004 he learned his hustling didnt go without notice. Music excecutives in Washington DC gave him a production deal (Next Generation Records distributed by Sony Records) and started helping him go from the neighborhood dope, I mean beat man, to the weight man. In the two short years since his record deal, thanks to those who believed in him, he has been producing and making all kinds of moves. Now he is currently connected on work with some of the best in this state (Fly Guy Entertainment, Tell Ross and the Dark City Family, Taimis Records, Indiana Black Expo, Campus Collaboration, Next Generation Records and has affiliated, associated, and networked with many many more up and comings.)
The motto for 2006-2007 is HUSTLE OR STARVE!!!! There is too much good talent in this state for us to not have our just due respect. HUMBLE YOURSELF, COLLAB, PROMOTE, AND SUPPORT-follow these guidelines and we all can make it.
Your musical influences
Influences of mine.....im into that street music mostly but whatevers hot. I AM EXTREMELY VERSATILE and I can make just about any kind of beat and make it HOT!!!!...My specialty is that G-shit but Im a beast on the R&B tip too. I PRIDE myself in using original instrumentation (no samples unless requested or otherwise stated) so clearances aint no problem and creativity is there.
