.....I have the most fun ever,
writing and recording these songs ,
with my friend ,who
For one hundred dollars per song,
listens to me, sing my lyrics out loud,
while he listens
And then he says,’ ‘’I’ve got it’’.
Then he plays the most beautiful melody,
he’s a gifted brilliant artist!
And I am amazed by his talent.
he is seeing the music,
and taking it to a whole nuther level.
i am trying to figure out
what my next move should be.. .
i don't play an instrument.
i go to a ''one stop demo's' , recording studio..
,up in boston mass.and pay them a fee ,.
to produce and arrange my songs for me ..
what happens now , is my question...
....
I've been standing in place for 23 years.
I am a songwriter.
I don't play an instrument.
So for the last 23 years ,
I have been going to a local recoding studio ,
and paying them, one hundred dollars per song,
to arrange and produce my songs for me.

hi! I'm a boston area songwriter.
I wrote these songs, with a melody in myhead .
I have notebooks filled with songs.
but I don't play an instrument! ! ! !
strings and notes never made any sense to me.

so then i saw this ad , that said *
,'''SONGWRITERS! ,
leave your band behind!
first song ,fifty dollars!'''.
so i answered the ad and it was a local musician's musician ,
who has turned his '
closed in porch', into a recording
studio.
and for one hundred
dollars per song, he turns my songs
into finished CD's.
I'll walk in there and he'll say,""OK,
let's hear what you got.''
so i'll start singing ,while he figures out a
few things , in his mind, how he wants
to approach it, and all,
then after he's decided , he says,"OK",
( and my part in all this is done except for
my singing it for real ,at the end , into the mik)
and takes over. and i just sit back
and watch my song come to life !
he's my best friend. and a genious .
He does it all in his head ,
he's totaly lost in the
creative process, while i'm just
sitting there, watching my song
come to life, right before my eyes.
.And usually his wife Robin , who is busy
looking after their two little
pre-schoolers, taz and tazmin.
Will come into the recording studio,
(She has an incredible voice!)
put on some headphones, and
sing background vocals.
it's the most fun three hours I have all week!
we have a blast! we rock out!
then I'm on cloud eleven for a week afterwards!
I mean man!
We have a lot of fun! and after all isn't that what its

I drove a bus . Then a couple of years ago I had an accident ( outside of work) . and I spent twelve days in the hospital , followed by 3 and a half months in the physical rehab. hospital ... So now I have a desk job. And I have a lot of down time at work, so in between the crowds, I have started to write these songs,....... i don't know anything about being a perforer, i don't want to be a preformer.!!!!... i just like writing them............a couple of years ago I went to an open mike and I was up next , and I felt out of place, I panicked and I was half way home before I calmed down enough to breath. And thats been my only move towards doing anything with my music. So my CDs just sit in a box gathering dust...bobAdmin
