I wanted to make something really dark and different from my normal music palette. Tubular bells, and the choral voice synths help to enhance the already iniquitous orchestral strings.

I could picture Usher singing on this track, it has a 'U Remind Me' type of feel to it. And every instrument with the exception of the drums are all stringed instruments, even the bass is a deep cello.
