When leasing a track you will receive the beat as a 320 kbps Mp3 file (or in wav format) untagged and a contract stating your non-exclusive rights to the beat.

2. Exclusive Rights (3000$+, E-MAIL FOR PRICE): Exclusive rights will allow you to use the beat for all profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Exclusive rights are sold to only one person and will not be resold. Beats sold exclusively will be taken off the website. When purchasing exclusive rights you will receive the untagged beat in wav format on data cd, the beat all tracked out with each section solo'd out in wav formats and an exclusive rights contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
