Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?

Rites Of Passage was originally formed in January of 1993 with front man D. Jenkins. With Drew the band began to develop a unique sound, a mixture of classic rock & roll standards; & the cutting edge of Alternative Rock in both an acoustic & electric form.
In October, Drew left the band to join the Airforce Acadamy, resulting in their present line-up with front man John Glymph. John's brash singing stlye lent a much needed edge to the groups sound. The band's style now reflects influences as diverse as funk, rock, reggae, & alternative metal; creating a unique sound that sets them abobe most local bands today.
