I started listening to electronic music in the early 90s but got the trance bug in 2000 while being in advanced traning in the U.S. Army. I began messing with computer music production in late 2003. I try to make tunes that are different, with unique style and inspiration in my limited spare time.Have you performed in front of an audience? No. I'm too busy with the military to play live. I just make music to relieve stress and to translate my emotions and dreams into something more concrete. I've received great feedback and reviews for just being a beginner.
Your musical influences
I listen to some artists' music but I don't influence from them...I like everything to be original from me; I want to have my own style....and I do. Maybe if I emulated other artists like ATB, PvD, Paul Oakenfold, etc. I would be 100x better than now. But I'd rather go slow but grow musically myself without any aid from other people's success. What equipment do you use?
PC, Cubase SX, Reason 2.5, VST instruments and effects and some hardware synths and effects.Anything else?
