Rich Vibes Profile.
Richmond Makanika also known by his stage name Rich Vibes. A Zimbabwean Dancehall Reggae Artist,a Rapper, Songwriter and an Actor was born on 13th August 1998 in Harare at Chitungwiza Hospital. He grew up in Buhera Province where he lived with his cousins after the demise of his parents in 2004.
His musical interests started during his Secondary education at Murambinda B High School where he was doing poetry in 2012. He later moved to South Africa for a greener pasture where he fully joined music industry.
He's inspired by a late well known American Rapper of all the time Tupac Amaru Shakur (his favorite Rapper), followed by Lucky Dube,Dembo,Winky D,Big Zulu,P Square and more unmentioned respected Legends.
Later then in 2019, he worked with his talented brother also known by his stage name Bornfire Dube, at Side by Side Production who influenced and led him to the release of his single track (Takakura Zvakaoma), before his first Album called (Zvikomborero)in 2024.
Despite the hardship and struggle in his life from the death of his parents at an early age, he maintained his morals and managed to rise and do something tangible for his family.
As time goes by, a born talented artist is promising to release more and more powerful massages in his music career since his lyrics is based on motivations, deep massages and poetry.
