Richard Gibbons
Hi My Name is Richard Gibbons and I am a 47 year old but still aspiring Singer/Songwriter! Born in Dudley in the West Midlands UK I started playing at the age of 11 and have never stopped.
I was in several bands between 1989 and 2004 most notably the Joseph Lee band and Deceiver the former a Soul/Blues band and the latter a rather loud Rock outfit!
About two years ago I met local artist Loz Taylor with whom I forged a very successful song writing partnership we remain firm friends although we no longer write together, a couple of the tracks on my page were from this period when we wrote and I recorded under the name Parallel Lines.
I am currently to be found playing in a couple of folk/acoustic clubs in the Wolverhampton area and recording my songs myself.
