Hailing from North Carolina, Broadway Mill A.K.A Bliss One, HNDL A.K.A. Ferro Mega, Dirty Fo' Dollaz, Chico, Tizi, make up the movement known as REGULATAZ. Broadway Mill and HNDL have a new album out entitled "What Da Business Iz?" The album goes in depth and expresses many trails and triumphs expreienced by the two. It also has a "cocky" vibe. "We are some ill n@#!*^# when it comes to rappin' and entertainin'" replies Broadway in the interview I conducted.
