One thousand years ago in ancient Japan, a group of kitties skilled in ninjitsu were sealed in a cave by a shinto priest. In 2006 the seal was broken and they have been wreaking havoc every since... Or... Retarded Ninja Kitties are a NEStronic project (I refuse to call it chiptune since I don't use trackers) started by Buttonz in 2006 after the inevitable demise of SyNTHeTiC.MoNGooSe. Retarded Ninja Kitties was originally intended to be an Electro-Punk band that used NES based sounds and based a lot of material off of the Mother game series, but was altered due to the fact that no one with similar interests wanted to make a NES based punk band. The result is what you hear; old school console sounds mixed with a very limited amount of extra VST synths and (More as of late) breakbeats. Anyways, that's the history...
