Reflex aka Da Slick
Whats up! My name is Jonathan Rogers, known as DJ Reflex in the beat community and DaSlick in the poker community. I live in a market town in Scotland! Ghetto eh? Basically I produce hip hop which may sometimes lean to gangsta or sometimes underground or jazz influence, wotever take me at the time. Currently producing with one RnB/hip hop group and you can look forward to that in the future. Most tracks are created with a vocalist in mind, ill tell u though. Peace
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started as a turntablist (still one at heart) and went into producing here i am.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I dont but i wanna do a live set alla DJ Shadow style with my mate Geoff: pianist extrodanaire.

What equipment do you use?
Tannoy reveal monitors, ROLAND FANTOM X8!!!, phonicMM1002a mixer, Korg Microkorg, Roland-Boss sp-505 sampler, MXL990 mic, samson servo amp, music pc, stanton str8-150 turntables and a stanton SA-12 battle mixer. A hel of a lot of samples, records and cds.
