Reezy On Da Beat

I'm Reezy Escobar aka Reezy On Da Beat and I am a 19-year old rapper, producer, and graphic designer.

Born and raised in Pensacola, FL, to a single mother, Reezy Escobar learned the hard way about the struggles of the hood. Coming up Reezy seen many good times but also expierenced many bad times. Age 9 is when Reezy started getting involved with music, although he wasnt recording he wrote songs every day after school. As time passed his talent grew better and better and at the age of 14 Reezy's grandfather started noticing that he was becoming very serious about pursuing his musical career and bought him his first microphone. The quality was bad but Reezy worked with wat he had and made over 100 songs over the summer of 2007, and he quickly started pushing his music on Myspace and in the streets, and around campus at his high school, Pensacola High, by giving people cd's of his music. It became clear to Reezy that this is what he wanted to do and nothing was going to stop him. 2008 is the year that Reezy will never forget. In January of 2008 his grandfather was diagnosed with cancer when the doctor found a tumor in his chest. Stricken by this tragic discover Reezy took a break from the music industry until the Fall of 2008 where he met Julian whom goes by "Yung Free". Instantly they became friends and wrote songs together, over the summer of 2009 Free invited Reezy to go to his cousin, Yako Staxx house, and since then Reezy has been working with Free and Yako. Around July Yako started his own indy label 'Powa Up Entertainment', and Reezy joined Yako and Free along with Drop Montana, Tizzy, and others. Now present day, Reezy has released his debut mixtape "Talking To Myself" online which has been a great success for it to be his first official mixtape. He is now working on his second up and coming mixtape, ":Mr.Escobar" and is also taking time to perfect his skills in production and graphic design.
