We are a classic rock band from Barnsley, England. We started out playing covers and have now moved onto writing our own material which we hope to record soon...

RED SKY formed in 2005, when charismatic vocalist Fergie and guitarist Griffly decided to start a band with a drummer they had known from college. However due to unforseen circumstances the band split up i.e. the drummer was a rite gaylord. This put the idea of "Red Sky" on hold for a while. Soon Chaddy was asked to join as bassist, this left the hole of drummer. However Griff and Chaddy ran into Dippy Danny on campus and discovered he was a gut busting drummer with attitude who soon became a permanent part of the band. They started off playing at the practise rooms in Barnsley but this was eating into valuable band profits that fergie and griff "needed for the pub". Fortunately the band aquired some money and invested in a P.A system.
