Red Leader
Red Leader is an alter-ego of Artcore-member DBS. This music is much experimental (but a bit slower) than DBS usually make.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
In 2006, DBS wanted to make some house music. A demo (House Sensation) planned, but the project ended before the track completed. (The track released in December 2006 with the name of Leaves by Artcore). In 2007, the Red Leader project restarted, as another nickname of DBS. But this time, instead of house music, he made several harder tracks.
Red Leader project was resurrected in 2009 as DBS announced that he wanted to make another album about Miskolc (the first one was "Miskolc" from Artcore, although only the name and the intro tied to the city). The project abandoned, however, it was the base of the Artcore album "The Experimental Album".
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
No, but I'm planning (as DBS).
Your musical influences
Hard Techno, instrumental tracks, and some acid style.
What equipment do you use?
FL Studio Synthetisers: Sytrus, Toxic III, PoiZone, etc.
Anything else?
Red Leader is just a project. DBS is behind the name.
