This is the website for Jimmy Carlyle, a folk musician from Fife, and long term resident in Orkney. He has been in a number of bands over the years, many of which are showcased here.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Jimmy plays music, and has played music with a large variety of musicians. He has been part of several folk and folk related bands, suchas Puddock, Clapshot and Skoosh. He appears on numerous other recordings also.
