Hi Larry,
Thanx for getting back to me. I hadn't logged onto my Soundclick site for a month until tonight. Just too busy trying to hustle gigs. No matter how good a guy's reputation is, it seems in Canada these days with the economy so haywire gigs are harder to come by than they were.
I only live a mile or two from the Wild West Club, so it is a wonder we never met. As for the sounds you loved on Mama, you may know some of the musicians who made them. The steel player and drummer from Ian Tyson's band at the time (1981) did my session. Respectively, their names were Dick Kruger and Monty Paul.
I hope to have some new songs on Soundclick soon. Thanx for taking the time to listen.

Hi Larry,
Just listened to Julie and The Moon Winked at Me. I always enjoy other artists who write their own material, as I do the same. I just wish more of us could get airplay on North American radio.
I am curious to know if Reckless Rodeo ever traveled across western Canada. I have lived in Edmonton for years, and the band name sounds familiar.
Best wishes,
Stan Anderson

One Verse at a Time is a great song. Definitely like the vocals, very solid; and the chord progressions are perfect for what is being sung. Keep up the good work. Wondering if you could check out my stuff at www.purevolume.com/jimgaven, http://www.soundclick.com/bands/2/jimgaven.htm, and www.mp3.com.au/jimgaven. Thanks.

You are truely a story teller. It takes a special talent to do that. I am enjoying these stories put to music. Good luck with the career Reckless...and God Bless the journey.
Hang in there because sometimes that's all it takes.
