Band/artist history
Curtis Andrews was born in south Georgia and knew at a young age (listening to Eddie Arnold and Hank Williams) that country music would be a big part of his life. At the age of eighteen, he moved to Kissimmee Florida where he formed his first country band. Curtis Andrews pursued his dreams and he performed, toured and achieved his dream of a successful recording career. His most powerful love of music stems from Traditional Country. His recordings reflect his keen feel for communicating a true Country song and bringing you back to the roots of the greatest traditional Country sounds that inspired his singing and songwriting career. He has achieved many number one hits, top 10 and top 40 hits. "It's Me That Hurts The Most," from his most recent CD release was produced into a music video. His original band "SOUTHERN STARS" has been with him for several years and are still playing. His writing is incredible, his voice is unmistakable, his talent is incalculable!!!!!! His writing consistently takes Country Music Artists to the #1 spot on the charts! He is one of the few Country Music Stars to have hit songs on both the TOP 10 Inspirational Independent Country Music Charts AND the TOP 10 Independent Country Music Charts SIMULTANEOUSLY!!!!!!
