One man road show....lol. Mostly you'll hear some smooth sounding, laid back Jazzy kind of songs. Once in awhile, though, I get an idea for other types of music, as well.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Hmmmm...history?? I'm 36 (at the time of this writing)....and since it's a "solo gig" at the moment....I won't bore you with my life's story...ha ha ha. I got started back with music again after quite a long period of "nothing" about 1-1/2 years ago. I compose all the songs using FL Studio. It's amazing what can be done with any of the software "studios" today. I love it.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I used to. Haven't in quite a few years. I would again if the opportunity presents itself. I loved doing it, tho. Live gigs can be soooo much fun.
Your musical influences
My influences have little bearing on the music I write. I've been into everything from Frank Zappa to Bach, with Depeche Mode, Level 42, ZZ Top, BTO and Blood, Sweat & Tears tossed in for a nice mix. There's just to many to list.... For jazz influences.... guys like Chic Corea, Flim & the BB's, Jimmy Haslip, Hilary Jones, Al deMiola, John Scofield to name a few....
What equipment do you use?
FL Studio, SampleTank 2 and a small plethora of synths and FX plugins, and a Triton LE
Anything else?
Anything goes, eh?? Nothing profound or prophetic....just realistic: I hope everyone enjoys what they hear. At the least, I hope it entertains. That's my goal. If you end up taking a mental journey during a piece, fantastic!!!
