Here are the following limitations and license agreement on the instrumentals, they are as follows:
1.) Production Credit must be given to: Sam "Jukey" Abebe for Juke Joints Productions on every material distributed
2.) You Can Not RE- DISTRIBUTE the instrumentals, or license them to a third party (ex. you used a beat for your mixtape and a label wants to "buy" the song or transfer it to them.... YOU CAN'T DO either until you recieve a TRANSFER CLAUSE from ME, which may cost extra. Bascially the rights to the beat are only for you, and ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE to a THIRD PARTY. Again only you can make money using the beat for the song, not someone else!!!)
3.) You do not OWN the copyrights to the instrumentals or beats, they are SOLE property to Sam "Jukey" Abebe. If you want EXCLUSIVE rights to the BEATS then email me at rapbeatsonline@yahoo.com and I will work out a deal with you. When would you want to do this? Say a label or Publisher is interested in your song, and you want to sell it to them or you want to sign with them all you have to do is get a TRANSFER CLAUSE and you are good to go...Remember, You still can make money selling your song...as long as you haven't transfered any rights to a distributor or record company.
4.)All instrumentals are protected by copyright laws, all rights are reserved, any infringement on the license agreement can result in legal action, but for the most part you are allowed INDIVIDUAL commercial use.
