What is a stem / trackout file?
A Stem file is an audio file that contains a track split into several musical elements: A drums stem, a bassline stem, a harmony stem, and a lead stem for example.

A trackout file gives you much better control. Imagine you rap over a beat and you realize the percussions take the focus away from your vocals. With a trackout file
you can simply tone down the percussion and the focus is now on the vocals. With a trackout file you have much more flexibility and a whole different level of control.

Roderick "R.A.P." Price was born in Detroit, MI in 1994 and was raised in Jacksonville, FL from elementary through high school.
R.A.P. began writing lyrics, rapping, recording & producing in late 2008.
In 2009, R.A.P. started releasing music locally and online through his Myspace page.
His first release was a demo called Michigan Monsta Mixtape Vol. 1 on April 13th.
In the Fall of 2012, R.A.P. moved to Winter Park, FL and started school at Full Sail University. In the Fall of 2014, R.A.P. graduated from Full Sail University with a Recording Arts Bachelors Degree.
R.A.P. is currently in the process of re-releasing all of his work in better quality via this website. Enjoy!
