Random Thoughts

Random Thoughts was formed in the summer of 2004 when members Jeremy and Bryce decided to get together and write music. They had each written a song and their own, and so they decided to collaborate. That whole summer was spent writing music, and sometimes two songs were written in a day. Finally during an impromptu trip to California they showed some friends their stuff and realized that people might actually like it. They haven't stopped writing since.

Yes. In and around Portland/Vancouver. Performing live is the best part of having your own music. There is nothing like playing in front of people who want to hear what you have come up with.

My biggest musical influence would definitely be Dashboard Confessional. Hearing them for the first time, changed my entire view of music. The lyrics, the guitar, the vocals, everything about my view of music changed after that. Then I heard Daphne Loves Derby, and was once again in awe. It was shortly after that that I began to write, and their influence on my style i believe is obvious.
