Over the years, Ramz, has evolved into a holy hip-hop artist. Ramz is a multi-talented individual; he raps, produces, writes lyrics, and is a successful businessman. Ramz envisions establishing a holy hip hop church where the hardest of thugs to the average citizen can worship in a hip hop environment.

Ramz is pointing out to the hip-hop generation all of the slanders, profanities, and false hopes that saturate our culture. He is on a mission to restore hip hop culture through hip-hop music that is redeemed by Christ and brings glory to the Father.

At the age of 24, Ramz transformed his mind from the bounds of secular hip-hop. He decided to give the hip hop culture another choice of music, one that holds an equivalent quality of style to that of the “thug” music without the conscience rap sound.

Ramz declares,

“I’m here to raise up soldiers for the battle. I am a translator of the Gospel to a generation who speaks the language of rappers. I am a recruiter for Christ that has been given the duty to get an army of assertive, disciplined, Holy Spirit sensitive men and women. ”

Ramz Artist Biography

Ramz, is a lyrically talented, “ hype for Christ” individual. This is a man of God who is pointing out to the hip-hop generation the slanders, profanities, and false hopes and is, “Drawing the lines between law abiding citizens and criminals.” Ramz is on a mission and is restoring the hip hop generation through gospel hip-hop. Having once been restored from a life of addictions and other temporary, self-destructive pleasures, Ramz knows how to effectively disseminate a spirit of love, peace, a sound mind, and a confidence of faith.

Facing a hard road of coming up in a fatherless home, Ramz was exposed to a world of drugs, sex, crime, and alcohol. This atmosphere and activity lead him to be arrested and jailed at the young age of 15. Being in and out of jail, getting into many fights, selling drugs, and getting high from marijuana became old to Ramz quick. By the age of 20 Ramz was married and joined the Army. Two years later his wife, Robyn Tamimi, became pregnant with quadruplets. After receiving the finest care the military had to offer for nearly six months, Robyn gave birth to the quadruplettes. They were born premature and were not alive for more than an hour. Ramz was overseas when this took place. This devastated him and he became angry and grieved for his children he never got to see. About six months later, his wife was pregnant with their first baby boy amongst doubts from doctors that it would be possible without assistance. The live birth of Ramsey’s fourth son turned his grief to joy and by the age of 23 he rededicated his life to Christ which developed within him both appreciation for his blessings and a spirit of boldness.

At the age of 24, led by the Holy Spirit, Ramz transformed his mind from the bounds of secular hip-hop. He decided to give the hip hop culture another choice of music that holds an equivalent quality of style to that of the thug music without the conscience rap sound.

Ramz seeks to surround himself with assertive believers who push quickly for the mark. Ramz is a highly intelligent, anointed, powerhouse in the faith. He has the ability to grasp the attention of many with his natural charisma and down-to-earth style. Ramz envisions founding the first 100% all hip-hop church in the DC metropolitan area. Ramz aspires to position gospel hip hop on all the platforms that secular rap currently dominates. Through his ministry, Ramz emphasizes that it is ok to be true, real, and bold for Christ.

Ramz believes the gospel needs to be translated in a way that the hip hop generation can understand. In a simplistic way, Ramz describes spiritual concepts which leave no room for misunderstanding. Ramz wants to approach spiritual warfare in a way that is unprecedented using musical appeal combined with Bible-based words of truth and hope. By giving a clear understanding of God’s Word and the enemy’s strategies, Ramz will build up men and women who are willing to go above the normal call of duty. Ramz says he is, “recruiting a Special Forces/ Special Operations Battalion for Jesus’ army”.
