Band/artist history
I started taking lessons in second grade. By the 6th grade, I started school band. I was in all the school bands, competitions, concert. Stage band and marching band through college. I took a break to start my working career in 1984 and started my first band in 1995. Since 1995, I have been writing and recording at various time intervals. I joined Soundclick in 2009. At times it's been a challenge to find time to record and play live. Holding a full time job and playing music on the side. I was in the church Band from 2006 till the pandemic in 2020. I'm just now getting started back into recording from the pandemic.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes. Many times for many years. I call it being in the eye of a hurricane. It's very calm there with the band.
Your musical influences
Most of the pop and rock performers of the 60s, 70s and 80s. The most influential were The Monkees. Elton John, Olivia Newton John, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty, Prince, The Eagles, and the Beatles.
What equipment do you use?
Several different brands of Guitars and Saxophones. I use computers for recording and mixing.
Anything else?
I appreciate and Love my fans!
