Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes I do frequentlyat church, in several conferences and important events (the black history month). I like to sing live because it gives me the opportunity to share God words with the public and see their true reaction. Its like an interview, a one on one conversation; I see their preferences and what kind of approach is appropriated.
My special moment was the day that I performed, for the first time, as a solo artist. It was the first time that I shared my thoughtsmy emotions, my life experience with the public as a Christian I realized how much, believing in God was the most wonderful thing in my life because people would come to me and tell me how much they relate to the music of God. It is a blessing to realize that you were born for a purpose I was born to sing for God!!!!
Your musical influences
Our influences are in the Caribbean music but we mixed it with R&B. They call it: Zouk but we call it Caribbean Gospel or Zouk Gospel music. When you listen to it, you thing: summer, joy, healing, refreshing.
