Quik are an energetic young band who combine modern rock music with heavier influences. Gigging around Scotland for the last two and half years, including a tour with Caffeine and 4Ft Fingers, Quik have built a very strong fanbase in and around the city of Aberdeen. They have been compared to The Offspring, Strung Out and even Metallica on occasions. So far in their short career, they have supported numerous touring acts, such as The Damned, Capdown, Jesse James, King Prawn and Not Katies; and have won friends across the UK punk scene, with members of Caffeine and Whitmore singing the band’s praises. Quik are signed to independent label Carjack Records, and released their successful 'Here Comes The Fall' single in August 2002. Future releases are set to include another single, and a split single as well as appearing on various compilations.Your musical influences
