Prophetic is here! Based out of Houston, TX, Prophetic is the newest solo artist on the Christian Rap scene. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Prophetic went solo in September of 2003. Formally Oracle of YDOC, Prophetic saw fit to start over with a new name after leaving his old group.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I love to minister live. I have been ministering locally here in Houston, but I have had offers in other states as well. I definitely want to go further out.
Your musical influences
I have been influenced by several genres of music from gospel to jazz to rock. I was heavy into secular rap when I dedicated my life to Christ. Now, every song that I produce is a direct influence of the Bible or a Bible based sermon.
