I was really impressed by the breadth and depth of your work. I love the way you integrated field recordings and the Afro-Brazilian elements. This is something I have always been interested in. I love to take a minidisc and stereo mic into the hills or to water and record a kind of 'fingerprint' of that place. I think it's a very musical thing!
I am a saxophonist living in Rio Grande do Sul. I am English but have family in Niteroi, so, not to far from home!

real nice work on "Raptus". a good opening to my visit. just jumping some links, and found my way here. Veracruz, is a very pleasant listen, with a nice rhythm. you also did a good job of showing mental/emotional struggles, in "Afraidafreud2". i think i will just listen to a couple more, and call it a night. keep up the good stuff, u definately got talent. big talent. i really liked "Niger", but wished it had been a little longer, but gota luv those sounds. get a chance chk out "Psalm 43_Tunnel of Light", which uses a M.J. RAPOSO song. he blessed G_D, & me, by allowing, a song for a Psalm. one of the good guys!! hopefully a friend forever.

The last year bro has been mixed blessings for both of us, but stand back and look at the bigger picture and you can see incredible things happening.
I'm thrilled that `positive` doors have opened for you musically - you're one amazing talent, it's good to see this is being recognized and taken seriously in world of music and media circles generally.
Its been a tough year for me work wise – a lot of expense & testing, and a lot of time has been taken from me as a result – I miss much of our regular communication because of this, but regardless Alberto, I consider you a special friend and kindred brother.
Your friendship & support over the year has been priceless.
