Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
From the ashes of "Hornandez McRock and the Cojoined Monkfish twins of Sattire" grew a band. That band was not just any band it was - PROJECT KILLBOT!!!!
Someday we hope to become a prog metal band (tho we're not sure if the other two know about that yet...)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Hell yes, mostly in and around Dumfries and Galloway. It rocks our socks.
Your musical influences
We draw a lot of musical inspiration from many different bands over several genres like Prog metal (Dream Theater), Punk (Bad religion etc.), Metal (Metallica etc.), and maybe even a little death metal if the other guys don't mind. oh and joel likes funk, but we dont listen to him much
What equipment do you use?
Project Killbot exclusively processes Tama Drums , Sabian Cymbals , Vic Firth sticks , Ibanez guitars, Squire basses, Casio keyboards (and calculators), Stagg Amps and cymbals, Behringer Bass Amps, Boss FX Pedals, Dunlop Jazz IIIs, oreos
Anything else?
We are striving to move from the punk section, into either the metal or prog rock section, because there's no Prog Metal section, which there should be !
