Project Chaos is a group of serious, talented emcee's located in Culpeper Virginia. In a day and age when most rappers depend on their possessions to sell records, Project Chaos is a breath of fresh air. Speaking without arrogance and with the gift of being natural storytellers, they weave brilliant pictures of life and the things they've seen and experienced.
