J’Zau-Nelle, A.K.A. Princess Nell Nell, is on a mission to clean up music for children one song at a time. She started this personal movement in response to her parents’ refusal to let her listen to the popular rap/hip hop songs. The songs were laden with profanity and adult sexual themes. So J’Zau-Nelle asked her mother to make up different words that went along with the beat of the songs. She began rapping the songs with the different words. She became so good at it her mother decided to allow her to sing it for others. J’Zau-Nelle wanted other children to hear their favorite songs in a different lighta clean one. Other children not only applauded her efforts, they absorbed it. Wherever she went to perform, more and more children would be there to see her. She embarked on a Boys and Girls Club tour to reach as many children as possible. Children from New York to Deep South Alabama were being reached by clean music. Children from the West Coast reached out to J’Zau-Nelle through email and personal letters. Parents inquired about Princess Nell Nell next performance and appearances. Finally the first contact came from Europe. This solidified it. This was bigger than J’Zau-Nelle. This is a movement to clean up rap music.. J’Zau-Nelle, Princess Nell Nell will champion this movement.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes I try to do every performance live but that can get difficult. Anywhere I am needed. I love it. My favorite moment was when a kid just like me fainted over my HEY SHAWTY SONG. That felt great!!!!
Your musical influences
My mom and dad. Mc lyte and Jz.
What equipment do you use?
MY MIC , ME AND THE DJ NEED I SAY MORE.
Anything else?
YES KIDS JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS. STAY IN SCHOOL. DON'T BE AFRAID TO TALK TO YOUR PARENTS. AND IF IT FEELS WRONG BEST BELIEVE IT'S WRONG. WAIT FOR THE RIGHT ONE BECAUSE AIDS COULD BE THE WRONG ONE. WRAP IT UP YA DIG!
