Songwriter Shane Searles (nephew of Beach Boy Mike Love), along with guitarist Jon Schlackman, started Posterchild as a way to showcase both their talents. They have been playing together, along with drummer Nelson Pla and bassist Dennis Dougherty for the past two years. They just released their debut cd "American Music" on Ameritrash Records.Have you performed in front of an audience?We are very much a live band, and we play a lot mostly around New York and New Jersey. we find every performance has it's memorable moments.
