Portal

Portal has its roots as a studio project of lead singer Kenton Thomas, but will begin performing in the fall of 2000, after the release of its first independent EP. Much like Nine Inch Nails or Filter, Portal has developed in a home digital recording studio, and is in the process of expanding into a performance driven band. The addition of guitarist and bass player Kevin Hoskin in the spring of 2000 was the first step in this direction. "Nothing", the first single from "A Taste Of Things To Come" is now available on Napster, Farmclub, and IUMA. Stay tuned for more previews in the weeks to come as the EP's release date approaches. For more information, or to provide feedback to the band, please e-mail us at portal@telusplanet.net.
