plastic baloo
PlasticBaloo - Often mistaken as an 80's bubble toy. Oddly spelled to add curiosity to the listener. As early as 2001, this group of guys jammed in class programs and events in campus. The first declared gig was on June 12, 2004 at Fox Square, Sikatuna, Q.C. It was an era wherein cover songs were still a hit for band wannabes. The band was first known as "Sunny Side Up" but after seeing a band perform in a noontime show with the same name, they agreed to search for a new one. They started with Reggae, alternative, and punk but as the band changed it's name, music evolved, members were modified, and attitude was redefined. As of now, PlasticBaloo's music has been defined as "Funkulit" (Funky but Makulit). A rock edgy sound with a twist of humor and reality. Plasticbaloo would really be understood after you see them play live. Try to catch 'em live with fun and visual creativity.
