Pisces Projekt is the embodiment of strength and beauty, a representation of divine duality; yin and yang, sun and moon, God and Goddess. The music of Pisces Projekt is a journey spanning ages, cultures and musical styles; a quest for knowledge and power. They remember when angels walked with us and God and Goddess spoke reassuringly in our ears. They are all at once a shining sword and an ancient magical tome who's pages have been parted to reveal secrets long hidden. Pisces Projekt speaks to our inner muse, our highest hopes and our deepest tribal memories.

Pisces Projekt is the spectacular pairing of the voices of Ahura Zakhuur Diliiza and Sinari Diliiza. Their music resides in no particular genre, but crosses over a wide range of musical styles, with an instantly recognizable theatrical element and an often large sound. It is often easy to detect the distinctive classical and/or new age undercurrent in Pisces Projekt's music whether the song in question is a pop ballad, aria or gothic rock anthem. Their musical direction follows wherever the Universe would lead.

In many of their songs Ahura Z and Sinari alternate on lead vocals, taking turns delivering their message, complimenting each other perfectly. Backgrounds often consist of their two voices layered in harmonies, giving the impression of full choral accompaniment. You may hear mantras chanted beneath the lyrics, soaring, siren-like arias or R&B styled backups.

Their premier album, OPERA, is a metaphysical journey into time immemorial, through resplendent marble halls in long forgotten palaces to ethereal battlegrounds where angels wield bright swords and shining armor. The passion and intensity with which both Ahura Z and Sinari deliver their vocals drive their messages home.

Pisces Projekt received a nomination in 2004 for best New Age song in the Just Plain Folks Music Awards for Battle Song from this album. OPERA continues to receive excellent reviews in a variety of publications and is currently being played on radio stations all over the world.
Pisces Projekt is in the process of working on a new CD, Spellbook, from which a number of tracks have already been released online. The finished album will feature 12 spells in a variety of genres from pop to gothic to Latin, depending upon the spell being performed. Planets is another project in the works, with tracks also being released online as they are finished. As with all of their music, Pisces Projekt combines both archaic and modern in their choice of musical styles, lyrics and instrumentation.

Ahura Z composes, plays, sings, records and engineers all of the music of Pisces Projekt under his own record label, Unicorn 1 Records. Growing up in Los Angeles and excelling at both music and dance (he has been an award-winning violinist, accomplished and traveled vocalist, professional dancer and recording artist), Ahura Z came to appreciate a wide variety of musical genres. He draws from his extensive musical background in creating his own compositions, often including R&B rhythms, new-age soundscapes, bits of Celtic, opera and chant, tribal instruments and beats, and of course, his beloved classical sound.
As with all things Ahura Z does, his music is meant to teach and to empower. In addition to Pisces Projekt and Unicorn 1 Records, Ahura Z operates Unicorn Cove School of Metaphysics
Sinari Diliiza
Sinari has been known for her gifted voice since childhood. She began singing with Ahura Z in 2001, soon after walking into his modest downtown metaphysical shop for the first time. They were the missing piece in each other's lives. They began singing together in a little room with only a keyboard and a tape recorder. Since then she has merged her life with his as his wife and added her voice to much of his music. The original practice space has since grown into Unicorn 1 Records, home of Pisces Projekt, and the little shop has become a full-fledged school of metaphysics.
Sinari currently assists Ahura Z in running Unicorn 1 Records and Unicorn Cove School of Metaphysics where she is also his student. She accompanies him in his mission to help others realize their dreams.Band/artist history

Your musical influences
Ahura Z, who is responsible for all of the music from concept to completion (he writes, composes, plays, sings, records, edits and engineers all of Pisces Projekt's music!) has been influenced throughout his life by a wide variety of music and musicians. To name a few: Mozart, Vangelis, The 5th Dimension, Yanni, Enigma, Enya, as well as the scores from shows such as Star Wars and Phantom of the Opera.
His music frequently combines new age sounds, drum kits and layered vocals--in anything from an R&B flavor to Gregorian-like chant--with a big orchestral sound.What equipment do you use?
Currently a Korg Triton a Yamaha Motif 6 and an Ensoniq TS12, allong with an 18-track and other recording equipment. Our first album, OPERA, was done entirely with an Ensoniq TS12.
