Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
While I was in college, I had DJ gigs at Saphire, 105 Social, and El Fuego; Which were all in Philly. I don't currently do anything public with my music. I started composing beats as a hobby and am posting some up here to get some educated feedback.
Your musical influences
I grew up enjoying cultural and classical genres of music. Then my big brother fell in with a group of men from the Port in CT a few years ago and it was a wrap, I've been experimenting with Hip Hop beats every since.
What equipment do you use?
All digital. I lay out loops from samples with Reason. Compile the loops into tracks with Acid pro and then tweak the tracks with an editor. Simple but effective.
