Philo Tha Don here, and I write and perform Hip Hop, but I also have a Reggaeton/Hip Hop group that consists of my bandmates, Chalo y Sito. I will be posting our music as well. Thank you for all of your interest, time, and support. We've all been involved in music one way or another our whole lives. Sito sings, and has been singing in the church as well as the streets since he was young, but a hip hop fiend at heart as well, he does a mean beatbox. Chalo has been involved in listening to music forever, and his writing kept progressing to the point where he decided to persue the actual recording and performance aspect of it as well. I myself have been listening to all forms of music since a child, sometimes music was my only escape. I've written poetry since I was 12, lyric since I was 17, freestyled since 18, started battling at 18-19, battled on streets, jails, as well as prison, and now at 23, I am working on 4 projects simultaneously.Anything else?
I am trying to gain exposure, working on an independent solo l.p. as well as a mixtape in Philly, as well as a personal mixtape in my hometown, and my groups independent e.p. which are all scheduled to drop by summer. I hope everyone enjoys my music, at the moment I am only choosing to post mixtape tracks, once the l.p. is dropped, then perhaps I will post original work.Contact
