Individuals will be granted permission to use in their own capacity as much as they want and for any profitable project/s deemed necessary.
Upon purchase there will be no adjustments to the tracks or instrumentals. Credit may be requested if agreed upon but it is optional and not a necessity quality speaks for itself.
Quotations:
Will be provided upon request, with pricing for respective countries and agreement processes, and any other information. If necessary a proforma invoice can be obtained to keep as record (though only valid for a period that will be highlighted at time of issue)
Payment procedures for purchase of material will be advised upon request. Request for exclusive or non-exclusive rights.
Instrumentals for sale will only appear on the music page, individual requests to have personal instrumentals created will not be tolerated
A recommendation can be made respectfully directing clients to other customers upon acceptance of all details on purchase/s as reference.
A decision shall be made to what extent, if at all, the identity of any individual who made a purchase and, or act, or gave material received or contributed be disclosed to any other/s.
Currently Samples are not provided of any kind.
Purchases:
Individual/s can decide on which instrumental/s you want to purchase.
New instrumentals will be listed at the top of the music page. Sold instrumentals will not appear for sale, though they might appear as sold
Individuals can select a payment option. When payment is received a file shall be sent to you with the instrumental you selected by mail in MP3, MP4, WAV or MIDI format on a disc.
Instrumentals will only appear if receipt of sale is awaiting payment, and delivery or if payment has not been accepted (cleared cheques)
Exchange rates apply to respective countries based either on the American dollar, British pound or equivalent depending upon agreement. Paypal and international money order/s accepted.
A guarantee of clear quality sound in all agreements at time of purchase and delivery.
Instrumentals are sold as is, remixes are not provided. Individuals will be able to remix, edit at their own discretion, while liability will not be held against us after purchase and delivery of file/s and or instrumental/s.
Business is based on reputation and preference to clients as reference to or claimed on our products is a benefit.
Currently free instrumentals are not accepted
Delivery Options:
Instrumental/s can be delivered as a complete file or individual tracks of the same instrumental or both options as per request. And the instrumental or track will not be sold to any other individual after agreement of sale for the particular instrumental.
Transactions will only become a binding agreement after payment/s are done and a copy of all proceedings and material will be documented.
Length of instrumentals or tracks are upon request, but standard duration is 5 minutes
Material published is with a view to promote.
Protection of material is also based on international laws, and applicable with respective
individual country laws.
Quality is important and professionalism, plus business invests on associates.
