Phantom Armada
Phantom Armada hails from lynwood, we are a metal band heavily influenced by "old school" metal. Such bands as Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest have shaed our sound. Tho there are also other bands like Primal Fear, Metallica, Hammerfall, Avantasia, Testament, Accept, Dio, Lizzy Borden, Motley Crue, Malmsteen, Jason Becker/ Cacophony, Helloween, King Diamond, Slayer, Anthrax, Kiss, Black Sabbath, White Snake, Van Halen, AC/DC, Overkill, Mercyful Fate, Pantera, Poison, and a bunch of other 80's metal bands.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
this band started 3 years ago as a jam out, alex(the drumer) had got his drum set and luis(lead) and myself had gotten guitars, we all just one day jammed out and we found out very quickly that us 3 clicked really well as musicians. we then made it official and formed phantom aramada, we went with out a bassist for a while and finally got one. Geo was our first bassist but that didnt work out too well so then we got Kijuan and hes been with us ever since. Right now phantom is in its complete form, phantom would not be phantom with out the same members that are in it right now.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
yes we do play live, we love it, we love to see the crowd head bang and pit that is the most motavating thing for us just as it is for any other metal band.
