Here's a prelude, or you'll probably miss it. In a communications book I read "communication is oppression". After thinking about the concept of it, I can see the relevance.

In life we go through hard times when the world crashes and we find ourselves at the bottom of the rubble. Its easier to suppress what we feel than to deal with it. Although mellow-dramatic this is an expression of one of those times
