PDC Heavy Industries grew out of Project: Data Control's culture-jamming mediaworks in 2003. Having garnered airplay in such exotic places as Netherlands, Australia and New Jersey, Dan Schell decided to limit the sound-collage aspect from his music and enter a more instrumental realm geared toward aural excitement and soundtracks for films yet made. Relying on turbulent melodies and soaring song structures, PDC Heavy Industries create triumphant rock music that summons forth many emotions, sometimes all at once.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started fresh in 2003 after decent success with another band. Plan on releasing a full-length by the end of 2004.
