Welcome to my Soundclick page. This is where all my musical ideas go, finished, unfinished, whatever. I'm primarily a bass player, but also play guitar and piano, and I write a lot of original music on guitar. I listen to a variety of styles, and consequently I write in a variety of different styles. There's a few things up now, some solo, some done with the help of my cousin, but all my work. Keep checking back, as I plan to keep adding more songs in the next few months, as soon as I can get my recording gear back in operation. As always, I love to hear what you think of my stuff. Leave a note, send a message, and please enjoy!
Band/artist history
I've been a musician all my life, beginning with tapes my mother has of me singing children's songs. I played piano and trumpet in elementary and middle school and I started playing bass in high school. I learned guitar by borrowing my brother's axe soon thereafter. Since then, I've played in several bands from absolute garbage to moderately successful, and I continue to write and record original music.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Hopefully soon I'll be back on the live circuit.
Your musical influences
I listen to pretty much everything (except country and extreme gangsta rap), so my influences are all over the place...here's a smattering of what is currently influencing me... Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Seether, Chevelle, Staind, Thrice, Trapt, 30 Seconds to Mars, Joshua Radin, the Fray, Brand New, Pink Floyd, Strata, Theory of a Deadman, Goo Goo Dolls, Finger Eleven, Fuel, The Exies, Death Cab, Coldplay, Sting, and many more.
What equipment do you use?
Guitar: Martin DC-1E Acoustic. 2006 Paul Reed Smith Standard 22. Line 6 POD. Amplitube LE Bass: 1991 MusicMan StingRay5 (my baby), Modified Fender Jazz V w/ Basslines Pickups and custom switching system, Ampeg SVT3-PRO Head and SVT-810E/SVT-410AV cabinets, SansAmp BassDriver DI, Monster Cables.
Anything else?
There's a pretty good chance that there will be a wide variety of music on here, so check it out, and let me know what you think!
