Thanks so much again for doing "The grass" last year. Although it doesn't get too much feedback (probably because it's so slow and sad) I still feel that it's one of my best songs, and was very proud to have your vocals on it..

Listened to I Want To Be An Artist and I'm A Liar.Both are great tunes with great lyrics,and I like hear'in ya sing em.Like hear;in your vocals when ya get down there low and kinda scratchy.Kinda the Kenny Rogers effect.

We get a compliment now-and-then but rarely from such a noteworthy and hermitage musical dignitary such as yall is! We's grateful yall finds a tone of possibility in the Gater Boyz music! Mebbe yall orta get out more! Haw!!
They's six Gater Personz and we all sing some lead. Mostly Tim, Butch, Ronnie & Mike. But Ricky("MOVE") and Other Mike("TRUCK") chime in now-and-again. Then occasionally, our perducer, ol Dan, tries to get into the act("DADDY'S FIDDLE"). He's the reason we have a disclaimer: "Dont try this at home!" Haw! Aint he awful????

I know I don't come by as often as I should, but everytime I do..you knock me out with your lyrics/playing/singin'!

Your style has a kind of raw beauty to it.
Every single one of your tunes is awesome!
You might want to consider (if you haven't) putting some tunes up at SongPlanet, ArtistLaunch or ScrubRadio. They have internet radio shows. ArtistLaunch sends it's shows to "real world" FM stations as well.

I did guess that it was just a fun exercise Patrick, 'cause you've done it before (and it's how I first came to hear ya!)
Your song "Visions of Mary" still makes me cry, and in my opinion,
is still one of the most touching songs on SC.... period.
