Paradox (UK)
I started making music in 1999. It was crap, really. It wasn't until I broadened my musical and technical horizons that things changed. Also, I met a philisophical rasterfarian in my local kebab shop who made me think differently about things.
I now use a variety of software, samples, insight and drugs.
My style is very tangible, going off in all directions. I really don't see the point in repeating myself over and over, so branching out as far as possible in every musical sense is a must! I'm gradually getting good at guitar too.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Not much to tell really. I'm just a guy who makes music, and uploads it to the internet when he remembers.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
No, I just prefer to produce the odd track in my own time. No current interest in playing live.
Your musical influences
Warp records.. guitars... classical music... philosophy, conversation, debate, art, creation, painting, drawing, getting pissed...
What equipment do you use?
A PC, and a tonne of stuff i've got hold of such as VSTs
Anything else?
