paper thin dolls

The Paper Thin Dolls are made up of one guitarist and one drummer, totally stripped down and raw. Don't be fooled because we are two females, we love feedback and noise! Check out more info on
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Paper Thin Dolls formed in early 2003, playing music just for fun under the name "Anywhere But Here"...after realizing they had an interesting sound and finding out another band had that name, they discarded the old name for something that wasn't taken. They are a two-piece band, so naturally, this forces them to be innovative in how their instruments are played; Lane has a certian skill in making hers sound like a lead, rhythm, and bass guitar at the same time. They do add in other instruments by utilizing loop stations for live performances. They are currently working on a building a new body of work and awaiting studio time.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We are starting to book locally and in other cities with other bands.
